Responsibilities: Revenue Growth & Market Expansion Own and deliver the India & Southeast Asia revenue targets (new business + farming) Develop and execute a differentiated GTM strategy targeting high-potential industry verticals Engage CXOs with a consultative, value-led approach Position the organisation as a strategic partner for GCC build, scale, and transformation initiatives Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from qualification through closure Build a strong pipeline through proactive hunting and strategic partnerships Sales Strategy & Leadership Position TO THE NEW as a trusted AI and digital engineering partner in the ISA market Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team Align with global leadership on revenue strategy, pricing, and investment priorities Define sales processes, KPIs, and governance mechanisms Drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and deal velocity Stakeholder Collaboration Partner closely with Marketing for demand generation and brand building in the ISA Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in GCCs and enterprise accounts Work with pre-sales and solution teams to craft winning proposals Align with global leadership on revenue strategy and priorities Partner Ecosystem & Alliances Build and leverage alliances (e.g., cloud partners - AWS, GCP, Azure and other technology platforms like Salesforce, Databricks etc) Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and networking forums Why Join Us Opportunity to build and scale GCC-focused business in a high-growth environment High-visibility role with direct impact on ISA business growth Entrepreneurial culture with strong leadership backing Ability to shape sales strategy and team from the ground up Requirements 18+ years of experience in IT services / digital engineering/consulting sales Strong track record of selling in the ISA market with proven revenue ownership Ability to solve complex business problems using AI-first thinking Strong experience or exposure to GCC (Global Capability Center) ecosystem Prior exposure to India-based offshore delivery models and managing onshore/offshore dynamics Established relationships with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP partner ecosystems Ability to build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the client organisations Deep understanding of digital transformation, AI, cloud, data, and experience services Established network with ISA - based enterprise clients Experience managing multi-million dollar sales targets Strong leadership and team-building capabilities Experience working in mid-size or high-growth IT services firms Prior experience scaling a geography or building a market from scratch
