Job Responsibilities
- Conduct technical training programs for project teams and other departments.
- Deliver practical training on building construction, site execution, quality standards, and safety practices.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and learning modules.
- Assess trainee performance and provide technical guidance.
- Identify training needs and coordinate with department heads.
- Monitor training effectiveness and support continuous skill development.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 1–2 years of experience in Civil Engineering training.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in civil execution for building construction.
- Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites, if required.
