Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive / HR Officer with 3–5 years of experience in HR operations and employee management. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of payroll, PF, ESI, employee documentation, statutory compliance, and HR administration. The role will involve handling HR activities for a workforce of approximately 200 employees.
Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll Management
- Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate salary calculations.
- Handle attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, incentives, and salary-related queries.
- Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for timely salary processing.
- Maintain accurate payroll and employee records.
2. PF & ESI
- Manage PF and ESI-related activities and monthly compliance.
- Handle employee PF/ESI registration, updates, and documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities/vendors for PF and ESI matters.
- Resolve employee queries related to PF and ESI.
3. Employee Documentation & Account Creation
- Manage employee joining formalities and documentation.
- Create and maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Handle employee account creation and onboarding-related activities.
- Ensure all employee documents are complete and properly maintained.
4. Statutory & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and HR documentation.
- Support audits and inspections related to HR and labour compliance.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and other required documents.
5. Employee & Team Management
- Handle HR operations for approximately 200 employees.
- Address employee grievances, queries, and workplace concerns.
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower and employee-related matters.
6. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support recruitment activities as per manpower requirements.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews.
- Manage joining formalities, induction, and onboarding.
- Maintain proper records of new joiners and employee movements.
7. HR Operations
- Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and employee records.
- Prepare HR MIS and periodic reports for management.
- Coordinate with employees and department heads for day-to-day HR requirements.
- Implement and communicate company HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/MBA/PG Diploma in HR or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Strong practical knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESI, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
- Experience in handling a workforce of around 200 employees.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS/ERP systems.
- Strong communication and employee-handling skills.
- Hindi speaking is mandatory.
- Knowledge of applicable labour laws and statutory compliance will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be hands-on, responsible, and capable of independently managing day-to-day HR operations. Experience in a manufacturing setup and the ability to handle employee-related matters effectively will be an advantage.
Salary: As per experience and candidate profile.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
