Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented International Sales Executive to expand our global market presence for Basmati Rice products. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with international buyers, managing export sales, and achieving sales targets across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international sales strategies for Basmati Rice exports.
- Identify and acquire new overseas customers, importers, distributors, wholesalers, and retail chains.
- Generate export inquiries through online platforms, trade fairs, exhibitions, and market research.
- Handle customer communications, quotations, negotiations, and order processing.
- Prepare and follow up on export documentation and shipment schedules.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual export sales targets.
- Manage payment follow-ups and ensure compliance with export regulations.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Commerce, Agriculture, or related field.
- MBA (International Business/Marketing) preferred.
- Knowledge of export procedures and international trade practices is an advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in International Sales, Export Sales, or Basmati Rice/FMCG/Food Products exports.
- Experience dealing with overseas buyers and distributors preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of export documentation and international trade terms (Incoterms).
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and email correspondence.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Market research and business development skills.
- Understanding of global rice markets and export regulations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
