Executive Summary
We seek an exceptional Corporate Relationship Manager to drive high-value partnerships and premium program placements across elite corporate institutions. This is a pivotal role that combines relationship management, consultative selling, and strategic account development to establish and expand presence for Raadheeshyam Das's premium one-on-one coaching programs and conscious leadership initiatives within the Delhi-NCR corporate ecosystem.
Position Overview
The Corporate Relationship Manager is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing high-net-worth individual clients and elite corporate institutional partnerships for premium coaching and consciousness development programs. This role bridges corporate relationships and transformational coaching, requiring strong business acumen, relationship management expertise, and alignment with conscious leadership principles.
Core Responsibilities
Corporate Relationship Development & Client Acquisition Identify, prospect, and secure premium corporate clients and elite individuals for one-on-one coaching programs Develop and maintain a pipeline of institutional partnerships with top corporates, financial institutions, and wealth management firms Conduct discovery calls and consultative conversations to understand corporate wellness and leadership development needs
Program Placement & Institutional Partnerships
Present, pitch, and close premium one-on-one coaching programs and conscious leadership initiatives with corporate HR departments and C-suite leadership Ensure optimal program scheduling, slot fulfillment, and premium positioning across assigned institutions Manage all aspects of institutional placements including contract negotiation, custom program design, and outcome tracking Feature programs across institutional platforms, employee communications, and leadership development calendars Elite Client Management & Premium Experience Delivery
Nurture relationships with high-value, elite clients and ensure exceptional service delivery Act as primary point of contact and relationship steward for all premium placements and clients Gather feedback, manage satisfaction, and drive program improvement and referral generation
Sales Pipeline & Performance Management
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of prospective corporate clients and institutional opportunities Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual placement targets and revenue objectives Track KPIs including deal velocity, close rates, average program value, and client lifetime value
Event Participation & Strategic Support
Support organization and facilitation of Raadheeshyam Das's spiritual events, fundraising initiatives, and consciousness movement programming Leverage events for relationship building, thought leadership positioning, and business development Facilitate strategic partnerships and investor relationships aligned with organizational mission Continuous Improvement & Reporting Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports including deal pipeline, conversions, and revenue Share market intelligence, competitive insights, and client feedback to inform strategy Continuously optimize sales processes, messaging, and positioning for premium market segments Required Qualifications & Experience Professional Background 5-7 years of professional experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or high-value client acquisition Proven track record of managing elite, high-net-worth, and institutional client relationships Strong lead generation and business development experience with corporate or premium B2B segments Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets consistently Core Competencies & Skills Exceptional relationship-building and consultative selling skills Strong business acumen with understanding of corporate structure, decision-making, and procurement processes Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities Strategic thinking and ability to identify high-value opportunities and institutional partnerships CRM and sales pipeline management proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms) Self-directed, proactive, and highly motivated professional with strong follow-through Preferred Attributes Existing network of corporate contacts and institutional relationships Interest in or alignment with conscious leadership, wellness, and personal development domains Experience in coaching, wellness, corporate learning, or transformational services MBA or advanced business education Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience and market standards Performance Incentive Structure: 5-10 deals closed per quarter (tiered incentive commission based on program value) Benefits Package: Health insurance, professional development allowance, flexible work arrangements Additional Perks: Access to premium coaching programs, conscious leadership training, and movement networking opportunities Selection Process & Evaluation Criteria Proven Sales Track Record: Documented history of meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles Relationship Network: Strength and quality of existing corporate and elite client relationships Communication Excellence: Interview quality, presentation skills, and ability to articulate value propositions Strategic Alignment: Genuine interest in conscious leadership and organizational mission Cultural Fit: Values alignment, integrity, and commitment to excellence Key Performance Indicators Success will be measured by: Number of qualified corporate prospects identified and contacted monthly Deal pipeline value and conversion rate (opportunities to closed deals) Average program value per deal and total revenue generated Number of program slots placed and filled across institutions Client satisfaction and net promoter score (NPS) Repeat business and referral generation from existing clients Quarterly achievement of placement targets and revenue objectives
