ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for sourcing, negotiating and purchasing materials from both local and overseas vendors and maintaining necessary documents.
2. Responsible for evaluating vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.
3. Responsible for evaluating supplier performance based on delivery time & best prices and ensuring all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation.
4. Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements.
5. Responsible for chemical sourcing & sending enquiries.
6. Responsible for purchasing procurement of raw Materials..
7. Responsible for Negotiating & Cost Saving.
8. Responsible for Vendor Development.
9. Responsible for controlling purchasing department budgets.
10. Responsible for following cGMP activities.
11. Responsible for interacting with the suppliers on a day-to-day basis.
Relationship Management:
a) Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including
clients, distribution partners, and internal R&D and production teams.
∙Project Management
b) Prepare and manage cost sheet proposals against client enquiries, including
coordination with suppliers for KSM pricing.
c) Review cost sheets with the Business Development Head and share finalized
proposals with clients within a defined TAT of 3 days.
