We are looking for an experienced and skilled South Indian Chef to join our team in Tuticorin. The candidate should be passionate about authentic South Indian cuisine and capable of maintaining excellent taste and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare traditional South Indian dishes
- Maintain consistency in taste and presentation
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Manage kitchen operations and reduce wastage
- Handle bulk orders and busy service hours
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of South Indian cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Good teamwork and time management skills
