Job Summary
Guardian Angel Homecare is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage client interactions, handle enquiries, and ensure a smooth experience for patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming enquiries and guide clients on available home healthcare services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
- Coordinate appointments, assessments, and healthcare services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Address client concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Follow up with clients and support service continuity
- Assist in documentation and service agreements
- Monitor feedback and contribute to improving client experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in customer service or client relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Malayalam and English
- Basic computer knowledge and organizational skills
- Driving license preferred
