We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Communication & Soft Skills Trainer with a minimum of 2 years of training experience to deliver high-quality programmes that strengthen students’ and professionals’ verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills while preparing them for academic and career success. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching and capable of conducting engaging, industry-focused sessions on spoken English, business communication, public speaking, presentation skills, personality development, leadership, teamwork, professional etiquette, time management, and interview preparation. The role includes developing training materials, conducting assessments, facilitating mock interviews and group discussions, providing constructive feedback, and mentoring learners to enhance their confidence, communication abilities, and overall employability in a positive and interactive learning environment.
Pay: ₹11,687.65 - ₹35,939.40 per month
