Job Summary
Yuvau Digital is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of telesales experience in the digital marketing industry and a strong ability to communicate with potential clients, understand their requirements, and convert leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate sales opportunities.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand clients’ business requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing services.
- Explain services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Website Development, and other digital marketing solutions.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely closure of leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Update lead status, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM/system.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Stay updated with digital marketing services, trends, and industry requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of telesales experience, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Prior experience selling digital marketing services is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads effectively.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and services.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
