The Role
We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist who thinks before they spend, builds before they execute, and measures everything after.
This is not a post-boost role. This is not a report-pulling role.
This is for someone who can walk into a brand, understand its market, design a complete marketing strategy, and drive it from planning to performance - across paid and organic both.

What You Will Own
Marketing Strategy Build full-funnel marketing strategies from scratch. Define the audience, shape the messaging, choose the channels, set the KPIs, and own the outcomes. You will be the person who brings a plan to the table, not someone who waits for one.
Meta Ads - Instagram and Facebook Own everything. Campaign structure, audience targeting, creative briefing, budget management, A/B testing, and ongoing optimization. You understand prospecting and retargeting as a system, not as separate campaigns. You know how to minimize CPL and maximize ROAS and you have data to prove it.
Google Ads Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube. You know how to build keyword strategies, write ad copy that converts, align campaigns with landing pages, and use GA4 and Google Tag Manager to track what actually matters.
Organic Growth You do not just manage posting schedules. You build organic strategies that grow audiences with intent. Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube — you understand what content works on each platform, why it works, and how to make it work consistently.
Funnel Building You can map a customer journey end to end. Awareness to conversion. You know where people drop off and how to fix it. You work with web and design teams to align landing pages, CTAs, and lead capture with the campaign strategy.
Reporting and Communication Your reports tell a story. Not just what happened but why it happened and what to do next. You can present results to stakeholders clearly, confidently, and without hiding behind jargon.
What We Are Looking For
3 to 6 years of real, hands-on digital marketing experience - agency background preferred.
Strong and proven expertise across: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and full-funnel campaign execution.
A strategic mindset. You build plans, not just campaigns.
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal. You can present strategy to a client and they will understand and trust it.
A data-driven approach. Every decision you make is backed by a number.
Bonus if you bring knowledge of SEO, marketing automation tools, influencer strategy, or AI-powered marketing tools.
You Are Not the Right Fit If
You need daily direction to stay productive. You have only boosted posts and called it paid advertising. You cannot explain your campaign results in plain, simple language. You treat performance reports as a checkbox, not a strategic tool.
Tools You Should Know
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush or Ahrefs, Meta Pixel, and at least one marketing automation platform.
