About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Skin & Hair Clinic Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing salon operations, beauty product sales, or skin & hair services. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of skin and hair care products and services.
- Manage client relationships and provide expert product/service recommendations.
- Lead and support a team of Clinic consultants and Clinic staff.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct product training sessions for staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers.
- Maintain service quality and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Prepare sales reports and performance analyses.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience as a Hair & Skin Clinic, Salon Manager, Beauty Consultant, or Sales Manager in the beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of skin and hair care products, treatments, and Clinic operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and manage teams effectively.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
