Job Summary
OPG Nuts is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator with knowledge of Tally to manage daily accounting entries, inventory records, and business data accurately. The ideal candidate should have good computer skills and a basic understanding of accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter daily purchase, sales, and inventory data in Tally.
- Record invoices, receipts, payments, and stock transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials and finished goods.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Verify and reconcile data for accuracy.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of records.
- Coordinate with the Accounts, Production, and Store departments.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Intermediate .
- Basic knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (Freshers with Tally knowledge may also apply).
