Job Summary:
We are looking for a Performance Marketer to manage paid campaigns and drive measurable business results through data-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS and campaign performance.
- Conduct audience research and campaign optimization.
- Prepare performance reports and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
