We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth in the infrastructure construction segment for Govt. Clients. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in B2G business development at his respective region and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

Key Account Management of Government sector clients.

To Manage Technical specifications process to position products with distinctive and competitive specifications in Govt. projects.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and government project pipelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and deliver customized solutions.

Drive sales initiatives, pipeline development, and revenue targets across the assigned region.

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Ensure seamless coordination with internal stakeholders to meet delivery and service standards.

Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic inputs to the Zonal and Business Heads.

Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory)
Experience:

15 years+ of experience in Govt. infrastructure departments.

Veterans from the industry, recently retired, may apply for full-time, part-time, or contractual roles.
