We are looking for a creative and results-driven Brand PR & Content Specialist to lead brand communication, public relations, and content initiatives that strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate will build brand credibility, create engaging content, manage media and industry relationships, and represent the company across campaigns, events, and digital platforms. - Location: Phase 8B Industrial Area, Sector 74, Mohali, Punjab
- Employment Type: Full-Time | Work From Office
- Shift: UK Shift (12:00 PM – 09:00 PM)
- Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives
- Experience: 2–3 Years
- Qualification: MBA / Master's Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Branding, or related field
Required Skills:
- 2–3 years of experience in PR, Branding, Content Marketing, Corporate Communications, or Media Relations.
- Strong understanding of Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Brand Management.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, scriptwriting, and content creation abilities.
- Experience managing social media platforms, content calendars, and engagement strategies.
- Confident public speaker with strong stakeholder and media communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
- Experience in Digital PR, Influencer Marketing, and Brand Partnerships.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn growth, personal branding, and community building.
- Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and short-form video content creation is a plus.
- Experience in the Startup, Technology, SaaS, or IT industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand communication, PR, and content strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
- Manage and grow the company's presence across digital and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, industry professionals, and strategic partners.
- Plan and execute PR campaigns, brand activations, events, webinars, and promotional initiatives.
- Represent the brand through digital content, public engagements, media interactions, and on-camera appearances when required.
- Drive influencer marketing, partnership, and collaboration opportunities to expand brand reach.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Monitor industry trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and present actionable insights and recommendations.
