About the Role
We are hiring a School Implementation Manager to oversee onboarding, training, implementation, and support for the Zene English AI Program in schools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage program implementation in partner schools.
- Conduct teacher onboarding and training sessions.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure successful program adoption.
- Build strong relationships with school stakeholders.
- Track usage, gather feedback, and resolve implementation issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery and support.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in EdTech, education, publishing, customer success, or implementation.
- Strong communication, training, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel for school visits and training programs.
