Job Summary
A Business Development Executive is responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing revenue. The role involves market research, lead generation, client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and maintaining long-term business relationships.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver effective business solutions. A Business Development Executive works closely with sales, marketing, and management teams to achieve business targets and expand the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain client relationships

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years in business development, sales, or related fields (industry-specific experience is a plus).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and see the big picture while maintaining a focus on tactical execution.
