Job Purpose
This is a key role for the Investment Advisory Business and will be responsible for designing, developing, and scaling advisory-led investment products and solutions across asset classes
The role involves working closely with investment teams, advisors, technology, and compliance, to deliver client-centric advisory propositions that are compliant and scalable
Drive Product Strategy: Set-up, define and manage advisory solutions across products and services and align with markets and client requirements
Setting up the Investment advisory team centrally to drive the advisory offerings
The role demands strong leadership, consultative selling, and deep product expertise across investment products for the HNI and institutional clients
Main Accountabilities
Client Management: Meeting large clients and disseminating our service capability and ability to share our market/ product views to the clients.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Research, Product, Technology, Operations, and Compliance to deliver product improvements and client solutions
Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct continuous market scanning and provide insights to refine product features and positioning
Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all advisory journeys, tools, and product constructs comply with SEBI and internal governance standards
Stakeholder Management: Engage AMCs other product providers, client servicing models, and innovation opportunities
Performance Monitoring: Track portfolio outcomes and continuously recommend enhancements.
Strong understanding of:
Capital markets and investment products
Portfolio construction and asset allocation
Advisory business models and fee structures
Experience with SEBI IA regulations and suitability frameworks and Ability to translate investment concepts into simple, client-friendly solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum Degree: Post Graduation
( MBA/PGDBA/PGPM in Finance or Equivalent/ CFA/ CFP would be preferred)
