Key Responsibilities:
Manage lead entry and data in CRM software.
Distribute incoming leads to the sales team.
Track lead follow-up status and maintain records.
Monitor missed and pending leads.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Coordinate between the sales and marketing teams.
Maintain data accuracy and lead quality.
Work on Excel sheets and CRM dashboards.
Required Qualification:
Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA preferred).
Good computer knowledge.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
Basic knowledge of CRM software.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in CRM, Lead Management, Telecalling Support, Sales Coordination, or Back Office Operations.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
Skills Required:

Reporting and MIS preparation.
Attention to detail.
Salary:₹30,000 – ₹40,000+ per month (depending on experience).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
