Job Title: Senior Landscape Architect
Work Mode: Remote / Hybrid / In-House (Flexible — based on candidate preference and project needs)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Landscape Architect to join our design team in a senior capacity. The ideal candidate will bring strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to independently lead landscape design projects from concept to execution — particularly within hospitality, resort, and large-scale residential/commercial developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end landscape design for projects including masterplans, resorts, residential townships, and commercial developments
- Develop concept designs, site plans, planting plans, hardscape layouts, and irrigation/drainage schemes
- Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, civil engineers, and project management teams to ensure design integration
- Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and prepare design presentations for client and stakeholder approvals
- Prepare and review construction drawings, BOQs, and material/plant specifications
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors during execution to ensure design intent is maintained on-site
- Stay updated on sustainable design practices, native planting strategies, and water-sensitive landscape solutions
- Mentor junior designers/architects within the team
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and budgets
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture (or related field)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design capability across varied project scales and typologies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of Revit/Lumion is a plus
- Sound understanding of horticulture, hardscape materials, irrigation systems, and site grading
- Excellent communication and client-presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects with minimal supervision
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Prior experience designing landscapes for resorts, hospitality properties, or luxury residential developments
- Exposure to coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams (architects, interior designers, MEP consultants)
- Experience working with international or out-of-state project sites in a remote/hybrid capacity
