Job Summary
The Sr. Administrator for Support & Operations plays a critical role in delivering advanced technical support and operational excellence. This position is responsible for troubleshooting complex issues, conducting root cause analysis, and ensuring that our services meet quality standards, ultimately contributing to positive customer feedback and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Advanced Technical Support For Complex Incidents Related To Linux And Redhat Satellite, Conducting Thorough Root Cause Analysis To Implement Effective Solutions For Technical And Security Challenges.
2. Adhere To Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements While Ensuring Compliance With Company Policies Throughout Support Operations.
3. Manage And Update The Knowledge Base, Contributing To Effective Documentation And Ongoing Training For New Team Members And Analysts.
4. Resolve Complex Support Tickets Within Agreed Slas And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Enhance Operational Efficiency And Strengthen Security Posture.
5. Drive Customer Satisfaction By Achieving High First Call Resolution Rates, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions And Case Reopenings, And Proactively Mitigating Security Threats.

1. Advanced Proficiency In Linux And Redhat Satellite Management.
2. Strong Understanding Of Redhat Cluster Technologies.

5. Effective Communication Skills For Customer Interaction And Team Collaboration.
Skill Requirement : Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Linux Systems Administration paired with AWS Cloud Architecture.OS Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Linux storage management (LVM), systemd, user permissions, and network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS).Scripting: Strong capability in writing automation scripts using Python or Bash.Cloud Networking: Solid understanding of AWS VPC configurations, subnetting, Route 53, load balancers, and security groups.Containerization: Practical experience utilizing Docker containers; orchestration experience with Kubernetes (EKS) or ECS is highly preferred.
Other Requirement : AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator.Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or equivalent Linux certification.Background in cost optimization using AWS Cost Explorer and Trusted Advisor.
