Role Overview
The Marketing Assistant, supporting the company’s marketing activities while providing high-level administrative and coordination support to the Director. This position requires strong organizational skills, communication ability, discretion, and a good understanding of marketing operations in a technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, events).
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and external vendors for marketing materials.
- Manage and update marketing content across platforms (website, social media, presentations).
- Conduct basic market research, competitor analysis, and prepare reports.
- Track campaign performance and maintain marketing databases and CRM records.
- Support branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all communications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, administrative support, or executive assistance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with marketing tools is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Professional discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and technology services is a plus.
