This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Pune. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end talent acquisition for restaurant, catering, and corporate roles, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Responsibilities include drafting and posting job descriptions, building talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and local hospitality networks, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The Recruiter will schedule interviews, support selection decisions, manage offer rollouts and basic salary negotiations, and coordinate onboarding activities in collaboration with HR and operations. The role also involves maintaining recruitment reports, tracking key hiring metrics, and supporting employer branding initiatives to attract hospitality professionals.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
