About the Role
Surya International Enterprise Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to support and manage our online sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product listings, managing online marketplaces, coordinating order processing, monitoring inventory, and assisting with digital marketing activities to drive online sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and update product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, and the company website.
Ensure product information, images, pricing, and specifications are accurate and up to date.
Process and monitor customer orders, returns, and cancellations.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Track inventory levels and update stock availability across all online platforms.
Assist in planning and executing online promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
Monitor marketplace performance, customer reviews, and seller ratings.
Respond to customer queries and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.
Support SEO initiatives by optimizing product titles, descriptions, keywords, and content.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and marketplace performance.
Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in E-commerce Operations or Marketplace Management.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, IndiaMART, or similar platforms.
Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and online merchandising.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in the Solar, Electrical, Renewable Energy, or Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
