We are looking for a responsible and experienced Floor Supervisor to manage daily operations in the body shop. The candidate will supervise technicians, ensure quality service, maintain workflow efficiency, and provide excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily body shop operations and staff activities
Assign repair and detailing jobs to technicians
Monitor work quality and ensure timely delivery of vehicles
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workshop
Inspect vehicles before and after service completion
Coordinate with customers regarding repair updates and delivery timelines
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment
Manage inventory of materials, paints, and consumables
Handle customer complaints professionally
Maintain attendance and productivity records of employees
Requirements
Experience in automobile body shop or detailing field
Good leadership and team management skills
Basic knowledge of denting, painting, polishing, and detailing processes
Ability to handle customers and workshop operations
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Minimum qualification: Diploma / Any Degree preferred
