Job Summary
Prakash Metallic Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer to ensure the highest quality standards in PEB and heavy fabrication projects. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring quality at every stage of production, ensuring compliance with engineering drawings, fabrication standards, welding procedures, and client specifications. The role requires strong technical knowledge, inspection expertise, and a commitment to delivering defect-free products.
Responsibilities:
Quality Inspection & Assurance
- Perform stage-wise inspections of raw materials, fit-up, fabrication, welding, assembly, painting, and finished products.
- Ensure all manufactured components comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct dimensional inspections using measuring instruments and verify fabrication tolerances.
- Monitor production activities to identify quality issues and prevent defects before dispatch.
