Position: Digital Marketing HeadRole Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital growth and branding efforts. The candidate will be responsible for managing online presence, marketing campaigns, lead generation, and a small digital team to help scale the company across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team and junior executives
- Handle social media management, branding, and content planning
- Run and optimize digital campaigns across platforms
- Generate leads through digital marketing and outreach
- Monitor analytics, engagement, and campaign performance
- Coordinate with Business Development and HR teams for marketing initiatives
- Stay updated with market trends, AI tools, and digital innovations
Requirements
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or Branding
- Strong communication, creativity, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of SEO, Meta Ads, LinkedIn marketing, Canva, AI tools, and content strategy
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a startup environment
- Strategic thinking with strong execution skills
