Job Title: Project Coordinator – Modular Furniture

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate modular furniture projects, including modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, vanity units, study units, and bar units. The candidate will act as the bridge between the design, production, installation, and client teams to ensure every project is technically correct and executed on time.
Key Responsibilities
Verify all production drawings before releasing them to the factory.
Review every drawing to ensure it is feasible for manufacturing based on factory capabilities, machinery, materials, and hardware standards.
Check dimensions, module sizes, hardware specifications, clearances, and installation feasibility.
Coordinate with designers to resolve technical issues and revise drawings wherever required.
Release approved drawings, BOMs, and cutting information to the production team.
Coordinate with the Production Manager for manufacturing schedules and priorities.
Follow up with clients for drawing approvals, design changes, and clarification of pending decisions.
Coordinate with site engineers and installation teams to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor project progress from design approval to production, dispatch, installation, and handover.
Maintain project trackers, approval records, and revision history.
Ensure no production starts without approved drawings and client confirmation.
Minimize production errors by conducting thorough technical reviews before manufacturing.
Attend site measurements whenever required and verify dimensions.
Coordinate with procurement for any special materials or hardware requirements.
Prepare daily and weekly project status reports for management.
Ensure projects are completed within the committed timelines while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in modular kitchens and modular furniture.
Strong knowledge of modular kitchen, wardrobe, TV unit, vanity, study unit, and bar unit construction.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes, panel processing, CNC, edge banding, assembly, and installation.
Knowledge of hardware such as Blum, Hafele, Hettich, Salice, and similar premium brands.
Ability to identify design and manufacturing issues before production.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Cabinet Vision is an added advantage.
Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Good planning, documentation, and project management skills.

Preferred Candidate
Experience in premium modular furniture manufacturing.
Strong technical knowledge of factory production methods.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willing to travel to project sites when required.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
