Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive, target-driven, and enthusiastic Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2–3 years of experience in IT sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring international clients, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our IT services, including web development, mobile app development, SaaS solutions, digital marketing, and IT staffing.
The primary focus of this role is to develop business in international markets such as the US, UK, Canada, UAE, and other global regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and other lead generation channels.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct client meetings, discovery calls, presentations, and product demos (online and offline).
- Handle client communication, build strong relationships, and act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process and project onboarding.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing and contracts.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to ensure smooth project handover and successful execution.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to maximize conversions and repeat business.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Acquire and manage international clients across the US, UK, Canada, UAE, and other global markets.
- Promote offshore IT services, including Web Development, Mobile App Development, SaaS Solutions, Digital Marketing, and IT Staffing services.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, SaaS, SEO, Digital Marketing, and IT Staffing.
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales conversion, and business development.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in conducting international client meetings, requirement-gathering sessions, and business presentations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
