- Languages: Tamil, English, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada
- Qualification: Diploma / Any Degree / Pursuing Degree
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced welcome
- Must Have: Good communication in Tamil or English or Telugu or Kannada or Hindi. Willing to work from office. Immediate joiners preferred
Salary: ₹13,000/- to 17,000/-per month + other benefits & Good incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
2. Resolve queries & complaints professionally
3. Provide accurate product/service info
4. Ensure customer satisfaction with quality standards
