Edora Education is seeking an experienced Online Hospital Administration Faculty to conduct live online classes for students pursuing Hospital Administration programs. We are looking for professionals with strong healthcare management knowledge and excellent teaching skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct live online Hospital Administration classes.
- Teach subjects such as Hospital Operations, Healthcare Management, Medical Terminology, Quality Management, Hospital Information Systems, Healthcare Laws & Ethics, Medical Records, and Patient Care Services.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and assessments.
- Evaluate assignments and provide academic guidance to students.
- Address student queries and ensure an engaging online learning experience.
Requirements
- Candidates must be from Kerala.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, MBA (Hospital/Healthcare Management), MHA, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or teaching/training.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in conducting online classes via Google Meet, Zoom, or similar platforms.
- Reliable laptop/desktop and stable internet connection.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in hospitals or healthcare organizations.
- Previous teaching or online faculty experience.
- Knowledge of NABH standards, healthcare quality, and hospital operations is an added advantage.
