- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Flexcube Core Banking.
- Strong understanding of core banking processes and their integration with software applications.
- Experience in application design, development, and configuration within banking environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
