IFIM Law School invites applications from passionate and accomplished academicians for the position of Teaching Faculty – Business Administration (BBA LLB). We are seeking individuals who are committed to excellence in teaching, research, and student mentoring, and who can effectively deliver business and management education to law students in an interdisciplinary learning environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching BBA subjects (Business Environment, Managerial Economics, Business Statistics, Human Resource Mangement, Entrepreneurial Development and related subjects) to law students , with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging, outcome-based lectures for BBA and business-related courses in accordance with the KSLU curriculum.
- Design course plans, teaching materials, assessments, and learning resources that promote critical thinking and practical application.
- Contribute to curriculum enhancement, academic planning, accreditation activities, and other institutional initiatives.
- Collaborate with faculty members across disciplines to promote interdisciplinary teaching and learning.
- Engage in high-quality research, publications, conferences, and other scholarly activities aligned with the institution's research goals.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings and contribute towards institutional events by taking on additional responsibilities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Commerce (M.Com.), or a closely related discipline from a recognized university.
- UGC-NET, SLET, Ph.D., or equivalent qualification is desirable. Candidates with a strong research profile and publications will be given preference.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related subjects at the undergraduate or postgraduate level.
- Demonstrated knowledge of core business and management disciplines, with the ability to relate these concepts to legal and regulatory contexts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital teaching tools, and other educational technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary academic environment.
