Venus Global Enterprises is expanding its CCTV & surveillance project operations across government and institutional sectors. We are looking for energetic and responsible professionals for field execution and project coordination roles.
Open Positions1. CCTV Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end CCTV installation projects
- Coordinate with government departments, vendors, and technical teams
- Plan deployment schedules, manpower, and material movement
- Monitor project progress, reporting, and execution quality
- Handle documentation, site inspections, and client coordination
- Ensure timely project completion
Requirements:
- Experience in CCTV / Networking / IT Infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of IP Cameras, NVRs, PoE Switches, OFC, Networking
- Leadership and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel for project execution
- Government project experience preferred
2. Site Supervisor / Field Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise installation teams on-site
- Ensure proper camera mounting, cabling, networking, and testing
- Coordinate daily site work and reporting
- Handle local vendor and technician management
- Maintain installation quality and safety standards
Requirements:
- Experience in CCTV installation or electrical/networking field work
- Basic understanding of IP CCTV systems
- Ability to manage technicians and site execution
- Two-wheeler preferred
3. Field Coordinator / “Road Runner”
Responsibilities:
- Travel between project sites for coordination and monitoring
- Deliver materials and coordinate logistics
- Support project managers and supervisors
- Handle field follow-ups, approvals, and reporting
- Ensure smooth communication between office and site teams
Requirements:
- Energetic and travel-ready personality
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic technical understanding preferred
- Freshers with strong field attitude can also apply
