Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Manpower Supervisor to oversee workforce deployment, attendance, productivity, and client coordination across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience managing blue-collar manpower in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage deployed manpower at client locations.
- Ensure daily attendance, shift allocation, and manpower availability.
- Coordinate with clients to fulfill manpower requirements on time.
- Monitor employee discipline, productivity, and workplace safety.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Resolve employee grievances and attendance-related issues.
- Conduct regular site visits and maintain client relationships.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly manpower reports.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for replacement and additional hiring.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in manpower staffing, contract staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics operations.
- Experience handling large teams of blue-collar employees is preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
