Job Summary:
Medicover Hospitals is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote hospital services, strengthen relationships with doctors and healthcare partners, and drive patient referrals through effective field marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote hospital specialties and healthcare services to referring doctors, clinics, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and referral partners.
- Conduct field visits, marketing campaigns, health camps, and awareness programs.
- Achieve patient referral and business development targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and corporate tie-ups.
- Prepare daily activity reports and market feedback.
- Coordinate with clinical and operations teams to ensure excellent patient experience.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel for field marketing activities.
- Knowledge of the healthcare/hospital industry is preferred.
