Job Description:
Country Wide Visas is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team at our Nehru Place, New Delhi office. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to guide clients interested in immigration and visa services. Freshers with strong interpersonal skills are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients.
- Understand client requirements related to immigration and visa services.
- Provide accurate information about services and guide clients through the process.
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the system.
- Coordinate with the processing team to ensure smooth client service.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, tele-sales, or customer service (Freshers can apply).
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
