Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Retail
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide product information, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. The role involves resolving concerns promptly and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchase decisions
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Provide billing and order-related support
- Coordinate with store and warehouse teams for order fulfillment
- Maintain customer records and feedback data
- Support after-sales service and follow-ups
- Ensure excellent in-store or online customer experience
- Meet service quality standards and response time targets
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Patience and positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / POS systems)
- Ability to handle multiple customers efficiently
Qualification & Experience:
- Any Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in retail/customer service preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
