Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and creative Graphic Designer Head with strong expertise in Packaging Design, Printing Production, and CorelDRAW to lead our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for branding, packaging aesthetics, print accuracy, and team management.
This role requires someone who can not only create impactful packaging designs but also guide and manage a team of graphic designers to ensure high-quality and timely execution of all creative projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the graphic design team for daily design operations
- Create and supervise premium packaging designs, labels, cartons, and print materials
- Ensure all artwork is print-ready with proper bleed, color modes, die lines, and finishing specifications
- Handle packaging development from concept to final production
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, production, and printing vendors
- Review and approve final artwork before printing
- Maintain brand consistency across all packaging and promotional materials
- Mentor junior designers and improve overall team creativity and productivity
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Graphic Designing with strong focus on Packaging Design
- Strong expertise in CorelDRAW (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of printing processes, packaging layouts, die lines, and color management
- Leadership experience in handling a graphic design team
- Strong creativity, communication, and project management skills
