- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability through strategic planning and execution.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Experience in designing and implementing performance testing frameworks.
- Ability to interpret system metrics and logs to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Familiarity with various testing tools and methodologies related to performance evaluation.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse technical teams.
