Role
Performance Marketing Executive
We're looking for a data-driven and growth-oriented Performance Marketing Executive who is passionate about scaling a fast-growing D2C skincare brand. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, optimizing digital campaigns, and delivering profitable growth across online channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance optimization.
- Track and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPC, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and customer LTV.
- Partner with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, messaging, and offers to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to improve website conversion rates and customer journeys.
- Support advertising initiatives across marketplaces such as Amazon and Nykaa (preferred).
- Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and emerging growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in D2C, beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer brands.
- Proven hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of attribution, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Analytical mindset with excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar e-commerce and CRM platforms.
- Exposure to Amazon Ads or marketplace performance marketing.
- Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, retention, and remarketing.
- Passion for skincare, beauty, and consumer brands.
