Job Overview
We are looking for motivated individuals to join as Freelance Admission Counsellor. In this role, you will help students and working professionals learn about upGrad's offline programs and guide them through the enrollment process. Flexible working hours make it ideal for students, freelancers, and candidates looking for part-time income opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Generate and connect with 3-5 new, verified leads per day, virtually or in person
- Guide and counsel candidates on upGrad's offline programs, or any other course/program specifically designated by management
- Explain course details, eligibility, and the admission process to interested candidates clearly and accurately
- Guide candidates through documentation and the enrollment process
- Attend a daily end-of-day (EOD) meeting for data transfer and input verification
- Attend office visits once in a month, if required
Requirements & Skills
- Own smart phone is mandatory
- Comfortable with field work and travel within Tricity
- Freshers and Experienced both can apply
- Good communication skills (English and/or Hindi/regional language, as needed)
Compensation
- This is a completely freelance-based engagement.
- Incentive: Higher incentive structure of Rs. 5,000-20,000 per conversion basis the ticket size.
- Lead verification: All leads are verified before being counted toward the KRA
