Job Role
We are looking for Academic Counsellors to engage with international (ROW) parents, understand their child's learning needs, recommend suitable programs, and convert qualified leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with parents via calls, WhatsApp, email, and video meetings.
- Understand student learning needs and recommend appropriate courses.
- Convert leads into enrollments through consultative sales.
- Handle objections and communicate program value effectively.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and timely follow-ups.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent English communication are welcome to apply.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
- Excellent persuasion, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving ability.
Work Details
- Location: Remote (Work From Home)
- Working Days: 6 days/week (Saturday & Sunday mandatory; one weekday off)
- Shift Window: 5:00 AM IST – 3:00 AM IST (assigned as per business requirement)
- Equipment: Personal laptop and stable high-speed internet connection required.
