Business Process Analyst – Enterprise Logistics Application (Claims & Returns)Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to lead the Claims, and Returns processes within our Enterprise Logistics Application deployed across Europe and Dubai. The role involves guiding the scrum team, prioritizing business requirements, and managing cross-team dependencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overarching process experience and knowledge to guide the scrum team and prioritize the product backlog.
- Prepare Features for Program Increments (PI) Planning in alignment with the Product Manager/Chief Product Owner.
- Manage cross-team dependencies to ensure smooth delivery.
- Prepare content for Iteration Planning sessions and actively participate in Iteration Reviews and Retrospectives.
