About TriumphPE
TriumphPE is a Hyderabad-based education company with over a decade of experience and 400,000+ students served, delivering premium school-based and centre-based programmes to CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, and IB institutions.
## Role Summary
The Program Incharge represents TriumphPE's Living Literacy programme to school management — meeting principals and academic directors, explaining the programme, and securing and sustaining their buy-in. This is a relationship-led role: the right candidate is as comfortable presenting to a principal as they are understanding how a school actually runs day to day, having sat inside that system themselves.
## Key Responsibilities
- Meet with school management — principals, academic directors, and trustees — to present and explain the TriumphPE Living Literacy programme
- Build and hold credible, ongoing relationships with school leadership, positioning TriumphPE as a serious academic partner rather than a vendor
- Handle objections and questions about the programme's academic substance, fit, and implementation with confidence and precision
- Act as the continuing point of contact for partner schools post-onboarding — managing the relationship through the life of the engagement
- Coordinate with TriumphPE's internal academic and delivery teams to ensure what's promised to schools is delivered on the ground
- Stay current on each partner school's academic calendar, priorities, and internal politics well enough to time conversations and asks appropriately
- Feed market and school feedback back to the Academic Director to sharpen positioning and messaging
## Candidate Profile
**Qualifications**
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline (a B.P.Ed/M.P.Ed background is not required)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience working within a school, with prior experience as an Academic Coordinator or in a comparable school-leadership-facing role
**Knowledge & Experience**
- Proven experience handling and reporting to principals — comfortable in that room, not just around it
- Strong working understanding of how a school functions operationally and academically — timetabling, assessment cycles, board requirements (CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE/IB), and the rhythms of an academic year
- Prior exposure to presenting programmes, proposals, or initiatives to school management is a strong plus
**Skills**
- Excellent verbal and written communication — able to explain an academic programme clearly and persuasively to senior school leadership
- Polished, confident presence in front of principals and academic directors
- Strong relationship management and follow-through
- High personal standards of professionalism, consistent with a premium school-facing role
