Key Responsibilities:
- Scanning and maintaining soft copies of documents.
- Physical filing and proper maintenance of office records and documents.
- Organizing and managing company files and folders.
- Providing administrative and back-office support to Accounts departments.
- Assisting in photocopying, printing and document-related activities.
- Coordinating for collection and submission of documents whenever required.
- Ensuring confidentiality and proper handling of company documents.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
