Job Description – QSR Trainer
Location: Goa
Relocation: Candidates from Bengaluru and other locations willing to relocate to Goa
Experience: 2–5 years in QSR / Café / Restaurant Operations & Training
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and hands-on QSR Trainer to join our team and drive training and operational standards across our café outlets.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience in QSR, café or restaurant operations and should be comfortable working on the ground with outlet teams. The role will involve training new and existing crew members, ensuring adherence to SOPs, improving service standards and supporting outlets in maintaining consistent operational practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction and on-the-job training for new and existing café crew.
- Train employees on SOPs, service standards, product knowledge, food safety, hygiene and customer service.
- Ensure employees understand and follow prescribed operational processes.
- Conduct regular outlet visits to assess training needs and operational gaps.
- Identify skill gaps among crew members and provide corrective training.
- Support outlet teams in improving service quality, speed and overall customer experience.
- Conduct practical assessments and evaluate employee performance after training.
- Assist in implementing new products, processes and SOPs across outlets.
- Coordinate with Café Managers and Operations teams to identify recurring operational issues.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessments and training reports.
- Conduct refresher training and skill-upgradation sessions as required.
- Support operational audits and follow up on identified gaps.
- Travel across different outlets as required for training and operational support.
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in QSR, café, restaurant or hospitality operations.
- Prior experience in training, crew development or operations will be preferred.
- Candidates currently working as QSR Trainers, Training Executives, Restaurant Operations Executives, Café Managers, Operations Supervisors or similar roles may apply.
- Strong understanding of QSR operations and SOP implementation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable conducting practical, on-floor training.
- Willingness to travel between outlets.
- Should be proactive, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to relocate to Goa.
What We Are Looking For
Someone who can train, coach and work alongside the outlet team, rather than only conduct classroom sessions. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of QSR operations and the ability to ensure that training translates into better on-ground performance.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
