Role Overview
We are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Laravel, PHP, database architecture, APIs, and scalable SaaS product development.
The ideal candidate should be technically strong, product-minded, and capable of building secure, reliable, and user-friendly web platforms.
Required Technical SkillsBackend Development
- Strong hands-on experience in Laravel
- Excellent knowledge of Core PHP
- Experience with MVC architecture
- REST API development and integration
- Authentication, authorization, and role-based access control
- Payment gateway/API integrations
- Background jobs, queues, cron jobs, and notifications
Database & Architecture
- Strong experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL
- Ability to design clean database schemas
- Experience with data relationships, reporting tables, and dashboards
- Query optimization and performance tuning
- Understanding of scalable SaaS architecture
- Ability to build modular and reusable code
Frontend Development
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with Vue.js / React / Livewire preferred
- Ability to build responsive, clean, and user-friendly interfaces
- Understanding of UI/UX basics
- Experience with admin panels and dashboards
Product & SaaS Knowledge
- Experience building SaaS platforms, dashboards, portals, or workflow-based systems
- Understanding of user roles, subscriptions, permissions, and multi-user access
- Ability to convert business requirements into technical features
- Experience with analytics, reports, charts, and data visualization
DevOps & Deployment
- Experience with Git/GitHub
- Server deployment experience on AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar platforms
- Basic Linux server management
- SSL, backups, security, and performance monitoring
- Docker/CI-CD experience preferred
Good to Have
- Prior experience in HRTech, EdTech, LMS, assessment platforms, or performance management tools
- AI/API integration experience
- Experience with automated report generation
- Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices
