Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the Founder/Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and follow-up action items.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Business Operations
- Monitor daily business operations across multiple centers.
- Coordinate with center managers and department heads to ensure smooth execution.
Team Coordination
- Act as a bridge between leadership and operational teams.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and administrative activities.
- Maintain records, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
